QUESTIONS

Placing an Order

  • Depending on your project, please place your order using one of the following forms:

    These forms are specific to each project. If you’re unsure which form to fill out, email me, and we’ll figure it out together!

  • Once your order form is submitted and your spot is confirmed via follow-up email, projects typically take 2–4 weeks to complete. If you need a project done sooner, email me to see if I can accommodate your timeline.

  • It depends on the design and timeline. Please email me as soon as possible if you have any concerns.

  • Email me as soon as possible regarding your concern. You will also receive a confirmation email 2 business days after submitting your order form—feel free to reply to that email with any corrections.

Payments

  • I accept Zelle, Venmo, and credit/debit cards through Stripe’s online invoicing platform.

  • For grad cap orders: Once your order form is submitted, you will receive an email within 2 business days to confirm your spot, along with payment details for a $50 non-refundable deposit (this goes toward your design consultation/mock-up). Once your design is finalized and approved, I will send an invoice with payment instructions for the remaining balance. You’ll have 2 weeks from the invoice date to complete payment.

    For audition/dance wear & custom orders: Once your order form is submitted, you will receive an email within 2 business days confirming your order. After all details are finalized and approved, I will send an invoice with payment instructions for the remaining balance. You’ll have 2 weeks from the invoice date to complete payment.

Shipping & Base Items

  • I provide rhinestoning services only—I do not supply the base item (graduation cap, dance wear, or custom order). However, there are a few exceptions:

    • If you select the option on your graduation cap order form to have a cap provided, a $20 fee will be added.

    • If we have discussed in advance that I will provide the base item, the cost of the blank item will be included in your invoice.

  • You are responsible for shipping your blank base item to me. Once your order is confirmed and the design is finalized, I will send your invoice along with shipping instructions. Please ship your item as soon as I send the shipping information to allow ample time for completion.

    • Graduation caps & dance wear: $10 flat rate

    • Custom, international, or multiple-item orders: Shipping fees vary based on weight and shipping costs. Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional charge.

  • Yes! Please allow extra time for international shipping, as delivery times vary by country. I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages, customs fees, or any delays upon arrival. You will also need to cover the cost of international postage, which varies.

  • It’s up to you! If you send it, I will attach it for you. If you decide not to send it, you can slide it under the button—just be mindful of the rhinestones. I leave ample space around the button for this.

Supplies & Materials

    • For graduation caps: If you need a cap provided, you can select this option on your order form for an additional $20 fee.

    • For audition wear & custom orders: I typically do not provide base items unless we have discussed it beforehand. If I supply the base, the cost of the item will be included in your invoice.

  • I personally source my supplies from trusted vendors that I’ve carefully researched and tested over time. To protect the integrity of my business and the effort I’ve invested, I do not share supplier details. Thank you for understanding!
