Please note that partial caps start at $200 and solid caps start at $350, depending on the complexity of your design. To secure your spot, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required; you will receive an email with payment information within 2 business days of completing your form.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your spot and start your design process. Your deposit goes towards your final cap payment. Payment information will be sent by email within 2 business days after completing your form. Payment methods accepted are Zelle, Venmo, or credit/debit card through our invoicing platform, powered by Stripe. Your mock-up will not be started until your deposit is submitted.

After your design is finalized, I will provide a shipping date and payment deadline to ensure you receive your cap on time. You cannot change the design once it's finalized.

Design & Pricing

Pricing depends on your design. Partially rhinestoned caps start at $200, and solid rhinestoned caps start at $350. Prices increase based on detail, size, color, and the number of rhinestones. Please keep in mind, you provide and ship your cap to me. If a cap is needed, I can provide one for a $20 additional fee.

Simple vs. Complex Designs

Please be as detailed as possible when describing your cap design.Simpler designs require less time to design and create, keeping the final price lower. Complex designs need more time and materials, which increases the price.

I do not help you come up with a design. School logos are the most popular designs. Quotes must be 10 words or less and must be the only aspect of your design, taking up the whole cap; this is to ensure your grad cap can still be legible from afar.

Once your deposit is submitted and spot is confirmed, I will send you mock-ups with different layouts/options. From there, you are able to play around with the layout and design of your grad cap.

Design Detail Price Breakdown

Feeling stuck on your design and need somewhere to start? Here are some popular design details to help nudge you in a creative direction!

Color blend – $15+

Two or more color rhinestones mixed together. Price may increase depending on color/number of colors requested.

Borders – $10 each

Outline of the outside edge of the grad cap. Pricing increases based on the amount of borders desired.

Add your name, year, degree, etc. Pricing increases per line and length.
Example cap: $50 for name, year (split), degree, major

Name/Year – $10+ per line

Scatter corners – $75+

Rhinestone scatter in each corner.
Can be single or multi-color.

Outline – $15+

Add an outline to make your design or wording pop.
Thinner outlines increase pricing.

Small symbol – $10 each

Add your major/minor symbol, greek letters, shapes, etc. to commemorate your college experience.

All solid rhinestoned caps use Clear or Clear AB rhinestones as the base. Changing the background color costs extra, starting at $20, depending on the color. Please indicate your choice of clear or colored rhinestones on your order form. I will confirm the color during the design process. Above are just a few examples of colors I’ve used as the base on caps previously. More colors are available upon request on your order form.
