Please have a reliable email I can use to contact you. I will send you an email confirming your spot. If you have not replied in 2 days, I will send a follow up message with a 5 day deadline to reply . Once that deadline has passed with no response, I will give your spot to the next graduate on my waitlist.

Triple-check that your email is correct. I have had clients that have inputted theirs incorrectly and I was unable to contact them. 

Social Media

I give you the opportunity to input your Instagram and/or TikTok username to be tagged in any pictures/videos I post of your cap. If you do choose to enter your username, please make sure your settings allow me to tag you in my posts. If you change your username, I try my best to find and tag you but there are no guarantees. You can always leave these questions blank on the application if you do not wish to be tagged.

I also ask for your high school/college you’re graduating from to help the design process go faster, especially if you’re wanting a school logo on your cap. If you are graduating from high school, please contact your school prior to applying to confirm you are able to have decorations on your cap. If you cannot but still want a rhinestoned cap for graduation photos/memories, I recommend getting an extra cap on Amazon. I recommend GraduationMall caps!
